Root lg optimus elite boot loop fix???

My phone was rooted. I messed up and tried to factory reset it and now it is stuck in a boot loop. No I do not have a custom recovery or nandroid backup. I can not get into recovery.I need to know exactly where to get the drivers for my phone as well. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This is why I Love this community, one can get all the help one needs here in the "Elite" community, "Our" Elite Dev's are "ELITE" indeed,....They took me a total "noob" & created a "Serial" flasher/tester....lol..
