Help LG Optimus GT540

Is there any way to block this phone's installed Apps from accessing the internet via any other means other than WiFi?

I'm bleeding credit like a stuck pig; the amount of times an app has popped up and I didn't have the wifi on and it connected to the 3g/phone provider's internet access...

I don't even know which apps have to connect to the web to be used or that automatically update on boot, so I have to have the wifi on any time I start any app.

Any help?

try this go into settings , then click on wireless controls , and then untick mobile network , to be certain, then go into mobile network settings and untick data roming and make sure use only 2g networks is ticked, thats it.

Really, that's it?

That's brilliant mate, thanks very much for the advice.

I'll get right on it.
