Root LG Optimus stuck in Recovery

Hi, hope this is in the right place as I'm new to this. Apologies if it's not!

I have an LG Optimus L3 (LG-E400) that has been (I think) rooted, well, attempted root. It appears to have gone wrong. When I turn the phone it goes to ClockworkMod Recovery v5.8.4.5

I'm not very good at these kind of things and don't really know where to start with fixing it! Any help would be much appreciated.
