Lurker
im looking to get a phone im stuck betweenLG Optimus V
or
Motorola triumph
I have a couple of concerns.
1) signal i hear the Lg has a better one and where i live i will barly have one anyways.
2) i here the trimp has like hanging issue ,bleeding issues, not as good signal as the optimus.gps freezes

now i would like the trimp and get flash player and a bigger screen, I have big thumbs. but im a stickler for quality and im hearing the trimp is a step back in that dept.

any bad things about the optium?
now im aware im posting this in the trimp section so i might get bias reviews.

has anyone upgraded from the trimp from the optimus?

The OV is a great phone but a little dated. It has a slow processor and a small amount of memory. If you install a lot of apps, you will get low memory warnings.

The Triumph, in my opinion, is a cheaply made smartphone. It's what I have, but only for the larger screen. I will jump at another phone if it has the same large screen.

I was happy with my triumph when I bought it a few months ago. I got an OV for my wife at the same time. I am very glad I got the Triumph instead. There are definitely things I like better with the OV but overall I prefer the triumph. I never had any of those issues with mine, and the fact that I could return it if I wasn't happy was nice. The only issue I have is the back key doesn't want to work sometimes (like 3-5 times a week) and i have to repeatedly press it till it "catches". It has definitely gotten even better with all the ROMs the devs have made. Either one is a viable phone.

I used to have the optimus and it was good... a smaller screen no adobe flash or led flash tho. Also the otimus only had like 200 mb of internal memory and would run out of space and wouldn't get texts sometimes because of that... The Motorola Triumph has 1gbish of internal user storage so that's good. The Triumph does seem to have a weaker antenna in it... But I would get it and if you can just try it out and see if it will work in your area and keep your OV and if you don't get any service just return and keep your OV... Or get one of the other new phones (lg optimus slider, HTC wildfire).
