Help LG Revolution doesn't connect to 5ghz wifi

I changed my wifi from 2.4ghz to 5ghz and the phone doesn't recognize that 5ghz wifi. Does anybody know if the chip support 5ghz wifi?

The question should be asked, why did you switch? 5ghz requires more power to operate and does not really give any advantages especially in a home network. You also will not see any speed or data movement increases.

I don't think you are going to find a phone pushing a 5ghz radio due to the power requirements for a 5ghz radio.

I did a quick search and came back with 0 phones that have a 5ghz radio.
