Help LG Revolution!

Hi there! I'm having a tough time getting my pop email account (cox) to install/sync on the Revolution. Any ideas as to how to get it to work?

Why do I have to delete the same emails 3 or more times before they actually delete from my email account(on LG revolution personal yahoo email)? I've even tried marking "as read" and they still show up as either not being deleted or read. Will the new update fix that problem?
