LG SPIRIT 4G (MS870) expozed!!

Of all the so far unmentioned items, I am just PRAYING for some way to wake the Spirit Other Than the unresponsive when hidden under a cover Power button of it's little brother.

It perturbs me somewhat to know that I am strongly considering rooting my Motion when I'd Really Rather Not because it's the Only way to stop the two niggling faults of it that are driving me insaner. (On button and Auto update reminders)

[EDIT] I just got my Motion, I really don't have another $200 at the moment of new phone money.
This kind of reminds me of the S3 thread, I had fun with and enjoyed that thread even though there was Zero Chance of me getting a S3. At least with the Spirit, it's a "to get" line I'll be getting into soon.

The LG Motion is $99 now instant rebate and the Samsung admire is $149 now so I hope the phone comes out this week!

The average person will never use anything over 3MP if that... The things you want to look at in cameras these days are the lens quality and optical zoom (zooms in without pixelizing...)

As for that PRL I will be out of the area by end of this month. I will give that a go and report back on my Esteem (I noticed someone already reported bad, but different areas can report different things...)

Someone stated there wouldn't be a flash on the camera? That would kill it for me... If I do an "upgrade" it has to be a full upgrade and/or same features without losing any important ones... Also, I am assuming getting a tethering app on there would be tough too... Works great when in a pinch...

I know it's been mentioned that there won't be a flash, but if you look at the pictures near the beginning you can see a flash on the pictures of the back. So either the info was wrong, or the pictures are wrong.
 
Definitely has a flash check out the second pic n4zty leaked. Are they releasing smartphones with out flashes anymore. Kinda thought that became a standard feature by now.
 
This phone will possibly be out my months end for $199 is what I was told ..they have been right on most of what they have told me so far.
 
Guys this phone is not the same as the LG Escape. Which is why some are saying the spirit won't have a flash because the escape doesn't

i corrected my post. it's the lg 790 and its coming to metro, cricket and whatever company uses "AS" for their phone model numbers, all regional carriers. since the motion 4g is 770 i assume 790 is its upgrade. the motion has been very successful so seems lg is smart enough to take advantage by upgrading screen size and resolution, which everyone thought the ms870 was going to be.
 
Normally when a phone has a upgrade it either adds a 1 @the end or 100 ups it, so ms771 or ms870.
Honestly don't think 790 is a upgrade from the motion

That's how it normally goes but you never know

the E790 is the optimus G for att, LS790 is sprint variant....

to put that in perspective the MS840 is the lg connect 4g, LS840 is the viper 4g on sprint, and VS840 is lg lucid on verizon..

perhaps there is something here :P

might just be completely new phones. can't wait to see what metro has planned before the merger fully completes.

Shabby posted above that it's the same model number as the Optimus G so I guess it'll show up in metros lineup in the coming months

maybe it's metropcs version of the optimus g. that would be interesting.

lol. you threw me off a little. the optimus g is 970 not 790 so this has to b a different phone.
