I'd say a 9 (10 being easiest), its really easy. there is an auto rooting tool. and the recovery is done through odin, its simple. if you go over to the Mega forum I have the info there for it. http://androidforums.com/galaxy-meg...5-root-recovery-metro-pcs-mega-sgh-m819n.html

Yeah I think so. Instead of flashing the zip you could just open up the file and get the apk from that and place it wherever you want.
