LG Thrill adding new APN's

I have added a new apn but when trying to select it , the phone does nothing. It won't let me select new apn i created. I am using this phone unlocked on tmobiles network. I love the phone but atts network doesn't pick up good where i live.

I have an LG thrill 4g cell.. But I'm using a consumer cellular sim card, the phone appears to be unlocked but I can't edit the APN on the phone.. I know it has to be edited before I can add the consumer cellular information.. as it stands right now, I can't connect to the web or receive pictures the text. Can really use help.
