Help LG turning off

I just bought this phone a few days ago, has anyone had problems with it randomly shutting down after disabling Lookout security? every time I disable it, it shuts off at very random moments.

I do not have this phone but I did have LookOut installed and I had a problem restarting my phone. It would just hang at the Samsung logo screen for a very long time. I ended up uninstalling LO and haven't had the issue since.

Uninstall Look Out and see if it makes a difference.

You can't uninstall it, it comes as bloatware on the phone. You can only disable it, which I did. But I never had reboot issues. I would suggest exchanging it for a new one.

So do you pretty much like this phone? I'm thinking about getting it, if I don't get the Nexus 4, when my contract is up in December.
Do you think there may be a newer version out by December, or any rumours for a new one?

First I've heard about any shutdown issues. I think the L9 is a really great phone. It performs far above its class in my opinion. I mean it is smooth and fast. I also have a Nexus 4 that I'm now using as my main phone. I just love pure android and wanted jelly bean and fast updates, but if I wasn't using it the L9 would be my choice. At least for now. It will be a little dated when key lime pie is released.

But if you aren't switching until December, the Nexus 5 and/or Motorola X phone should be out by then. Those should be really great, low priced devices.

Yep I finally exchanged it. The one I got as an exchange runs even smoother, stupid phones. Either ways, it has some random shut downs too. Just not so frequent as the other phone. Maybe it's the firmware or something
