Ive installed the official updater to upgrade to 2.1, but its not even loading up? I just installed it, and I get some notification window in the bottom right saying "read phone data", I plugged in my phone and it said port not found or something so its not recognising my phone. So i closed this notifier thing and opened up the application from the start menu and it says
"Checking for new LG mobile update program. Please wait for application to load" but it just loads to about 20% and then hangs every time (tried restarting, running in compatability mode etc, nothing). Im trying to do this through a proxy network (at university atm), could that be the case? and if so how can I go about sorting this? I checked that the program was allowed through windows firewall already (windows 7)
