Ok so after some trials i have found a working wifi tether app. Its a paid app but worth it to me. You have to download trial version first from play store. Its called Wifi hot spot & usb tether lite. Then if you want to test for your self hit you menu bottom then change device profile scroll down a select samsung ICS. Now tri to tether. When it works then if you want full version hit the upgrade tab on bottom of screen and it will being you to web page. You must buy with paypal or credit card not through play store. After u pay it will down load and install. It is now safe to remove trail version. You will need to select device profile again. Oh yea no root needed.
