Help LG Vortex battery same as LG Optimus?

So I've been looking around to purchase a backup battery for my Vortex but they are a little pricey compared to the Optimus. Anyone have a clue if they share the same battery? or is there any other LG phones that share the same battery?

I just recently purchased a used battery for my vortex and it was not an easy task cuz while they look identical they are not compatible for some reason. The vortex regects the battery. The very last battery I tried worked thankfully and it only cost me $5 used.
