Are you trying to download an app from the play store?
Try wiping cache and data in the app and trying again to download.
menu/settings/applications/manage applications/all
or something like that where your apps are listed.
You may have to sign back in but it may help ya.

I found this thread about the same error code some GNex users were getting. Looks like there's a few other things to try if Mikestony's suggestion doesn't work for you.
