Help Lg vortex trouble

I have a LG vortex its stuck on the verizon screen and its say downloading do not unplug its does nothing more than that.and only does this when i plug it up to the charger. is there anyone i can send my phone to, to fix it?

Did you root the phone? I would imagine it might have a warranty or maybe u got insurance on it? I dont know what to suggest about your problem maybe you can take the battery out for a few minutes and see if that helps. You should be able to have verizon repair it

How do i root it? and no i have no warranty or insurance on it because its a phone i had before. I lost my droid X and now i want to get this one workin.

Well, supposing you got it working you would root it with z4root or superoneclick, I used z4root. Im still not sure what to say about the phone not booting up

have you tried reseting it?
while the phone is off push home + menu+ power button i think

I dont know what I could do different than you have already tried, Id hate to waste your time, im not an expert with these phones
