Help LGMobile update download

Has anyone downloaded this and actually got it to recognize your phone in usb hookup? How many drivers did you have to download? Web site says 1-4 drivers maybe. I have tried several times and it opens to add your phone info but it never can detect usb port or phone.

I have the same problems. I'm not sure if its my phone, my computer or neither. I'm on WinXP SP3 and I've installed all the USB drivers available. I can't remember if I turned off my anti-virus software (which includes a firewall) - that could be a problem.

In another thread someone reported that their phone was able to connect to the update tool, but since there is no update available, it didn't do anything.

The update tool lists the current available software as VM670ZV4, the same as what is installed on our phones. (In other words, there is no update yet available.) Maybe that is part of the problem? When an update becomes available, then I'll worry about it, but for now I've just set the problem aside.
