starting to get some light leak in the upper right hand corner now as well this is getting rediculous but ive been holding off on doing anything because i dotn wanna end up with the same issue getting it replaced already should i replace now or try and hold off till these issues are corrected..

I have slight light leakage on the left side toward the bottom. I'm not going to take it back for such a minor issue.
Unless HTC redesigns the whole touch screen nothing will change, there will always be light leaks the digitizer is not sealed down all around but stuck down with double faced tape and glue in certain areas only, hence letting light leak out where the tape and glue are absent. Its a byproduct of the design not a defect really.
