I've read about the light leakage under the buttons, but is anyone getting light leakage above? See the attached picture....

Got the same thing. Its because of the design they used when they left a gap between the glass and the digitizer. I think that's what its called.

those are the leds for capacitive buttons at the bottom. Thunderbolt certainly ain't iPhone when it comes to design.

I have this and am guessing all of the Bolts do as well. Did not even know until the OG posted this picture.

It's only visible if looking straight down on the phone. Not really light leakage like some have reported.

For me, its a non issue...

they are all like that but one issue on mine is there is light leakage under the buttons around the screen and plastic bumper at the bottom. i can see the adhesive in between the crack and now there is light leakage around the corners as in its spreading. gonna try and exchange tomorrow.

Man be careful , I was so on the Fence to return it....but I think its just a shot in the dark.

I'm Gonna just chill, and if things get bad I'll exercise the warrenty policy with the warrenty dept. I always get them to send me a brand new one anyway. And maybe by then these issues will have been addressed by HTC in production.

Does anyone actually see the leakage when you are looking at the phone? I don't. I only see it when I'm pretending like it's really a problem and looking straight down at a 10 degree angle from the top.

I only use my phone at 10 degree angles!!! Try it, it's the best! Angry Birds at 10 degrees is the most fun.

I would have never even known it was there if the OP hadn't put the pictures up. It makes absolutely no difference to me and I can't imagine why anyone else would ever care either. Even the most anal people wouldn't notice. Well, most of them at least.:o
