Help Lightflow help needed

I have set lightflow in the lightflow app to not make a noise during the night (sleep mode) but I still hear my phone making noises all through the night when i get email facebook messages etc etc and it is driving my wife crazy..........please help, what am I doing wrong
 
I don't know much about the lightflow app but I do know the Note 2 comes with an option to turn off notifications natively.

Settings>Blocking Mode>On

You can change what sounds or notifications you get in there and the time they are restricted. Hope that helps.
