Help "Like New Replacement" Help

Hey Android Guru's,

I just received my replacement Incredible. I was told by the gal at the Verizon store, that when I activate my replacement, all my apps, photos, and contacts will automatically transfer to it. I find this hard to believe. I don't want to lose everything, so can someone let me know what I need to do here? Thanks

Use the above app to save all your stuff to the sd card and then put the sd card in the new phone and redownload the app and restore.
