Help Link in scrap book

Recently i purchased a note 3 ( sm-n 900). My problem is the link button on top of scrap book is missing. Only 2 buttons (share & delete) available on the top. As you know, without link button, the scrap book is useless. Please tell me how to activate the same (link button).

What exactly are you trying to do, follow a link in something you saved to your scrapbook? That's not how it's intended to be used. Bookmark links in your browser if you want to save them.
