Help Link2SD Crashed Phone No Icons So Showing Can't Reset Or Enable Debugging

Hi!

My phone is an LGE400. I was moving some apps on my phone with Link2SD and it froze.

When I switched it off & back on all I got was the LG Splash screen. When I switch on by pressing the Vol down, Homescreen & Power buttons together I get a blank screen.

I CAN slide the top menu down & switch on/off the Wifi/GPS etc. And I can go into their menus if I press and hold the buttons.

If I call the phone, the phone screen comes up, so I can accept and end calls, and use the dialler.

If I press and hold the Home button I get into the apps menu and it says there are no apps running & no apps installed.

I downloaded/ran the LG PC suite and selected recovery ROM, but it says it's up to date and won't allow me to do anything.

As there are no icons I can't go into Privacy and select Factory/Hard reset. I can't select USB Debugging either.

I have switched the phone on with and without the SD card. I have formatted the internal 1GB memory. I still have a black screen.

EDIT: It looks like you lost your Launcher. Go to the PlayStore's Web site and download a custom Launcher. It might take anywhere from 5-15 minutes for the download to complete. Then turn your phone off. Power back up. You should either have the launcher installed already or a prompt asking you to choose it.

I have the same problem also & i reset my mobile after that also no application only black screen & i can see the bar only , i closed the telephone & open again still not work & only appear the lg logo screen
so please try to solve this problem
