Help Linking contacts with facebook

Hey, finally got my thunderbolt today. Does anyone know how to link existing contacts to their facebook accounts manually. As the popped up in my notification bar i was accepting them, but then i accidently hit dismiss for 52 of my contacts. I cant figure out how to link them manually and it is driving me crazy lol. Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: Also, when i put my phone on vibrate, it doesn't vibrate when I receive a text message.

I know you can do them one at a time by going to their contact card and hitting the link button in the top right.

yeah i tried that but it didnt do anything. It only worked for one contact i did it too. what about the vibration thing?
