I stumbled across this post just now:

My question is: are these updates from the liquid team?

Also, how would I have know about these updates if I hadn't googled them? There's nothing on liquidsmoothroms.com about this. Is there a secret list or something...

I think rootz is the best place for updates on his TB stuff. He used to have a sub-forum here at AF back when he was just working on the OG Droid but his support was spread thin between several different sites.

Yes, 3.2 was from Liquid. He ended support with that release, called it final. It's rock solid for me. (although I'm now on LGS 2.0)

possible newb question alert i guess.. but are the home screen and lock screen wallpapers customizable? (not even sure this is the proper thread to ask this in, lol)

Yes both the home screen and lockscreen wallpapers are customizable on Liquid's 3.2.
