Root Little droid icons holding signs

Hello all,
First time ever posting to the forum. Is there any way to change the color of the little droid icons holding the signs to a blue color to match the revolution blu theme for Apex?

You'd probably have to save them and modify them in photoshop or something, just change the tint of them.

Can someone edit the little droid guy holding signs icons to a blue and or red to match the revolutionblue and red themes? I have downloaded both GIMP and Photoshop and cannot get the icons away from the background. I hate editing and multimedia stuff.
