Little help please

A little help with my Samsung Captivate for At&t ,

How Do I change the 4 icons on the main screen, the ones that don't move when you slide the screen,
its the ones right above the Samsung logo, right now I have Phone , E-mail , Browser and Applications there , I want to get take off the Browser and put Text in there , How do I do that , I can't seem to find out how , please help , Thanks to all who reply

in your apps drawer click the menu button > customizable grid > then you can pull down an app where you want it in the dock

That don't work , I can't seem to move the 4 highlighted apps on the bottom of the main screen

oh sorry i forgot a step, one you are in customizable grid press menu again and click edit, then you can drag any icon to the dock
