Hey guys, I have a school outlook email account & I cannot seem to be able to figure out how to sync it to my vortex. I think it's POP3 but I don't really know much about that, so I could be wrong, & the server info is email.sc.edu. Every time I enter my information, I get an error saying, "Setup could not finish: Unable to open connection to server." If anyone has any ideas as to how to make this work, they would be much appreciated!

I am having the same stupid problem.. I even went to VZ and they couldn't help unless I have the school server settings I hope someone can help us.

Call the IT Dept at your schools. Someone there should be able to help you. Sent OP a message with school contact info.
