Help Live Wallpaper not working

I have the ATT version of the phone and the live wallpaper doesn't update. A friend has the Sprint version and theirs works fine. Tried going through all the setting s to see if there was some thing I missing but not having any luck. Anyone else have/solve this issue.

What live wallpaper? There is more than one live wallpaper. You aren't really giving us enough information.

The windmill one that came preloaded. The preloaded ones work on the sprint version of the phone but not on my att version.

Just checked the "live" windmills wallpaper, the windmills turn but the weather does not update

yep, that is my problem. I live where it rains a lot and was thinking the rain portion of the wallpaper would look cool.
