Root live wallpaper problem on evil eris 4

I have evil Eris 4.0 and my live wallpapers arent working, Every time I lock my phone it reverts back to the regular wallpaper. Please help.
 
Time for a new rom. lol Nah, I'm not really sure. Which home launcher app are you using though? Home apps like Launcher Pro (for sure) and ADW (I think) have options to attempt to lock the home screen in memory. That might be the ticket...
 
Pretty sure that would be the issue then. The default launcher sucks. Unless you are absolutely sold on Sense widgets (there are plenty of 3rd party ones that do similar stuff, if not a better job) then I'd suggest going with one of the 2 I suggested earlier. They rarely have any issues with LWPs and allow for a lot more customization options. LP+ also has some really nice widgets that work with it and is based off of the stock launcher.
