Root Live Wallpaper question

H

hdv1990

Newbie
So I like the HTC Bubbles live wallpaper, as seen in the Mobster Rom -
I think I found it as Mode10Livewallaper.apk or something similar within the Rom itself. (System/App/)

How can you bring that to a new rom? I take it that's not a normal .apk?

Thanks in Advance!

Hm now that you bring it up would really like that live "microbes" wallpaper on paranoid android.

I put it in system app and changed permissions to rw-r-r. Wiped cache and dalvik, rebooted. The wallpaper is selectable in live wallpapers but force closes:(

Ok got it. There is a lib file that needs to be transferred as well. Go into system lib and search "wallpaper"

If anyone wants the microbe live wallpaper just put the apk in system app and the lib in system lib and change permissions of both to rw-r-r. May need to reboot.
