Help Live wallpaper windmill not updating ?

Hi, got a galaxy s2, got windmill selected as live wallpaper but it aint updating its been raining all day, even though its been sunny all day, i got it to refresh every 30mins, i got the weather app set and thats working fine ? anyone know whats up with it ?

Go to Settings > Location and security > ... are Use wireless networks/Use GPS satellites/Use sensor aiding... all ticked?

Go to Settings > Accounts and sync > ... are Background data/Auto-sync ... both ticked?

Go to Maps and open the app with a clear view of the sky and wait for it to display your current position. Be patient, it can take a liitle while sometimes.

Now go back and re-install your windmill live wallpaper.

Hi i have also the same problem but when i connect my fone to wifi it then works i don't how .may it needs the
high speed connectivity for update
but it works.....
