Help Live Wallpapers on Lockscreen?

Are there any apps to put Live Wallpapers on the Lockscreen apart from the Homescreen? i have heard about widgetlocker, but is it really true? if its not then are there any other apps for it? id be willing to even root my SGS2 for the first time just for it...just would love to know the name of it, would be really grateful.

i believe ripple lock allows you to use live wallpapers.
