Check the 3rd post in megatron thread for the "removed apps" zip the instructions are all their I hope this helps.

I tried both ways but it doesn't work

For live wallpapers on Megatron, you'll need at least three apks from the "removed apks" zip:
1. The "livewallpaper.apk"
2. "Livewallpaperpicker.apk"
3+. The apk(s) containing the live wallpaper(s) you want.

All three need to be side-loaded (slipped into "/system/apps", then reboot the phone). Good hunting.

For the lwp apks after putting them into system/apps do i need to change permissions or no

It's recommended to change them, but it won't hurt anything if you don't.
