Help loading battery with battery case cover

Hi,

I have a battery loading problem with my covercase 2200mAh.
When i press my backup powerswitch on the case my phone battery starts loading for a second (with the bleep + powerindication) but then turns back off.
It worked fine the first 2 weeks. (only 1 month old)

Any idea what's wrong?

It sounds like the battery in the battery case cover is broken. If warranty i would claim to have it replased.
