I'm having trouble loading pictures and videos to my phone. What folder do pic's go in? which is for videos and do I have to since after? I assume I attach the phone in "Disk Drive" mode under "Default connections type"- "connect to PC"

Wherever you want to put them. The SD card is automatically scanned for media.
What does "do I have to since after?" mean? Did you mean "sync"? If you don't want to add media from your PC you don't need to do anything. If you do, it needs to be moved to the SD card from your PC somehow. You can drag and drop or use a sync solution.
