Help location history not showing on device

I had a similar issue on my galaxy nexus a few months back and can't remember how I got it working


My wife's nexus 4 is saying no location history available yet when she goes on Google dash board it shows on there

Any help appreciated

Open Maps. Go into settings and then location settings. Make sure "Enable location history" is ticked.

Tried that even UN ticked then re ticked to make sure

I even tried a trick I read elsewhere of selecting a date

The thing is up to 10 days ago she has history but
Nothing since if she looks on Google .com its on there

She is also signed into latitude and I can see her location

Yes I mirrored my settings but I'll double check when she gets home

Unticked and reticked
Rebooted phone

Seems to be working
