Flash the rom again if u can...it will replace the deleted files.

U will have to describe which files u deleted then only sm1can provide them...
Another way will be to flash system again as already said by Amarghy.

Thanks ..would it delete my contacts?

[Amarghy]

yup. that's why you gotta backup ur contacts first. goto to contacts...press menu key and select export. now just export the contacts to ur sdcard. once the flashing is over, again goto contacts and import the file from sdcard. best of luck

Is there a factory reset within the phone? A link for Flashing would be most appriciated
