Man just when i start to slowly slide out of noob status I find something that makes me feel like a complete idiot. I can't for the life of me figure out how to install skins that I DL from the skin downloader in Lock 2.0. I've have an app to extract from the zip file, and I have OI file manager. Anybody using this program that can provide some insight?
