Lock button widget?

Is there any app/widget that allows you to click the button to lock the screen? i know pressing the end key does but that doesn't work while in a call.

nope, not that I know of. While in a call, the screen will shut off after a certain period of time

I've gotten into the habit of pulling down the notification bar when I answer a call to keep from hitting end call or mute before the screen turns off
