Help Lock Delay

How do I set a lock delay in ICS? I tried the automatically lock setting in Security, but it didn't do anything.

I've noticed that the lock setting in Security is for when the screen times out on its own. If you hit the power button it will lock it down regardless of the setting. If anyone knows of a solution for that it would be great.
