Lock Screen Bug?

Just curious if anyone else has this issue. When my phone times out, I can hit the "end key" to bring up the screen which says locked, then I have to swipe down to unlock. However, I noticed this can be bypassed by double clicking the Menu button. Is this a bug? Last week or two, I accidentally called someone when I thought my phone was locked. I have a feeling, I unlocked it somehow.

Its not a bug, it is designed to work that way. If you don't like it and your phone is rooted you could disable that so only the end button and swipe would unlock.

Unfortunately, this is the way it is designed. There are a few options...

Use a patern lock. Menu/settings/security/require pattern/set unlock pattern

Some custom ROMs have made this "feature" customizable, so you can disable it, but this requires ROOT.
