At the moment, with the stock lockscreen? No. Widget locker has an ICS theme which I believe allows for up to three customizable shortcuts on the ring. Don't quote me on the number though.

Ahhh. Okay, I guess I will just wait for the root customizations for things like that to come in.

Important frustrated that itbdoesnt open the camera app a bit quicker.
