Help Lock Screen Live Wallpaper Different from Home Screen

[Kristoffel]

Hello Guys,

I'm fairly new to Android.
I just updated my HTC One S to Jelly Bean.
(Android 4.1.1, HTC Sense 4+, Software Number 3.16.401.8)

I downloaded this live wallpaper (https://play.google.com/store/apps/...1Lmdvbm9yb3Zza3kua3YubGl2ZXdhbGwuZWFydGhoZCJd)

I was wondering if it's possible to have this live wallpaper only on the lock screen (it looks awesome!) & as soon as I unlock the phone the home screen appears with a different (life?) background.

Anyone an idea?

Any feedback will be appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Best Regards,
Kristoff

Hello Kristoffel. I hope another will have a better answer for you. I'm only guessing that all screens will share the same wallpaper. I want to welcome you to AF. I hope you enjoy your time here.

Hi Kristoffel,

I noticed the same thing, (I use the World Tour live, which has cameras that update at a timed setting that I choose of different places all over the world eg the Eiffel Tower, Statute of Liberty, etc.).

I think the latest system update that I got ~ the end of February, 2013, has been the problem. It also takes extra time & displays an icon that is like the second hand clock with only the minutes & moving around, to indicate it is working, and. displays the word "Loading". It did not do that before the updates.

I also "lost" my system digital clock with the weather display, and when I have tried to replace it by tapping the home screen, and then choosing the widget, place it on the home screen. It then goes back to the "loading" icon timer, which takes about 15-30 seconds, or longer, then returns to my live picture of the Statue of Liberty, but NO digital clock/weather widget!

The lock screen used to display the live shot & digital click widget, but now displays a weather screen with animated snow, cloud, whatever it is currently, and when I unlock it, it goes back to the "loading" icon, which takes another 15-30/60 seconds. Very Frustrating!!!

If anyone has any solutions, I would appreciate them.

Thanks!
