Noticed with My Note 3, that when I receive a SMS , the lock screen shows the message : 'New Message(s)' and that's it.
No info with who its from etc.
Coming from previous Samsung Phones, S2, S3, S4, this is annoying, as when I get an SMS on them, it tells me who its from.
On later models, it even shows the message.
Does anyone know, why the Note 3 doesn't do this, or am I missing a setting?
Any help would most welcome.
