Lock screen notifications settings

When the last update installed I was given an option when setting up to choose how secure I want the lock screen notifications to be (Email, text, etc...) I choose the middle option so now it just says new text content hidden. I've been trying to find the settings so I can adjust it and see a snippet of the content.
Does anyone know how to change this?

There's not a way to just see some of it. You have to go into sound and notification in your settings screen and you either select show all, show nothing, or show limited like what you have selected now.
