Help Lock screen options disabled

Android Enthusiast
Hello all. My niece has an LG G3 from Verizon. Some of the options for the lockstreen are disabled. The only ones enabled are Pattern, PIN, and Password. She cannot chose swipe, Face unlock, Knock or even turn it off. On one of the grayed out options it says "disabled by administrator, encryption policy or credential storage". The only administrator is "Android Device Manager". Under Credential Storage, The Storage Type says Hardware-backed. (Mine is different on my phone). Her android version is 4.4.2

How can I get everything else enabled?

She has encrypted her phone at some point in time. As I understand it, the only way to get those options back is a factory reset.

Matter of fact, she did say something about it. I think she may have been messing with settings not knowing what she was doing. I guess she will have fun backing up her phone :-P
