Lock screen Owner Info?

I'm surprised that the LG Volt doesn't have (or at least I can't find) the built-in capability to put Owner contact information on the lock screen. I thought that was built into KitKat.

Is there a menu (or hidden menu) I'm missing?

As a fudge I can make my own widget and put it on the lock screen, or make a custom wallpaper with that information. But it would be nice to do it directly.

That only lets you display a one line number, not very noticeable on the screen. On my tablet it displays whatever text I want and clicking on the number dials that number from the lock screen.
