Help Lock screen question

Well I finally for my Rezound and am loving it.
Love the animated weather lockscreen, but is there anyway to get those effects on my selected wallpaper as my lockscreen?
I see I can pick my wallpaper as my lockscreen or the animated weather but not the hybrid of the 2 that I am looking for.

I have been looking for how to do that myself with no luck. Hopefully some one will come along and teach us both.
