I received my warranty replacement phone from Asurion today. This phone is a warranty replacement for the phone I had to have replaced with insurance. BTW, Asurion is still shipping brand new, in the box with all the accessories (except a SIM) for replacements.
Anyhow, I have some lockscreen weirdness that 'd love some help with. When the phone is asleep and it receives and incoming call, the regular lockscreen is displayed. No caller ID, no indication that there is a incoming call other than the ringtone. I have to double tap and then the incoming call screen is displayed, requiring two more taps. Kind of a pain. Anyone have any insight or similar experiences?
