A friend of mine has a HTC wildfire and can put a separate picture on her lockscreen to what's on her home screens, by selecting a pic, set as, lockscreen. This option does not appear on my desire. Am I missing something simple? Or is it just a difference between phones. She said she hadn't got an app to enable this. Thanks x
 
It's a difference between the phones.

you can download Widgetlocker and set a different background that way.
Not sure if any other app will allow you to, but there will defently be one :p
